The chefs of the restaurant reserved for our guests take their inspiration from both ancient culinary culture created in the monasteries along the Amalfi Coast during the 13th century, as well as a creative cuisine blended with our aromas and flavors.
Breakfast is served buffet style. Cakes, crostatas, croissants, rolls, chocolate cakes, tarts and small pastries are all rigorously “homemade” by our pastry chef, while fruit juices and jams are sourced locally. The other food included in our rich morning offer, such as the salamis, are all produced by farms with a recognized reliability.
Those requiring half or full room-and- board may choose from a rich menu which changes daily, with three different options and five courses.
The room associated with our restaurant contains all the characteristic elements of Hotel Graal, that is, panorama, elegance and art: its large windows allow our guests to enjoy the famous panorama of the Amalfi Coast seen from above; it is an elegant space, with floors made of locally-crafted ceramic tiles of various colors, and wooden finishing; it is "surrounded " by paintings by Maestro Canova, among which, the opera “I girasoli (Sunflowers)”.
Our clients may also access our à la carte restaurant, called Al Ristoro del Moro, located on the first floor of the hotel.
